Shelter House's mission is to prevent and end homelessness and domestic violence by engaging the community, building effective relationships and providing crisis intervention, safe housing and supportive services

In the last year, Shelter House served 845 households comprised of 1,989 individuals - nearly 1,000 of which were children. Of the households that exited shelter, 64% moved to permanent housing.
